<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical transparent conductive member having all of excellent transparency, conductivity and strength. <P>SOLUTION: A transparent conductive member 1 comprises a substrate 2, a graphene layer 4, and a hard coat layer 5 interposed between the substrate 1 and the graphene layer 4. The graphene layer 4 is constituted by a graphene sheet. The graphene sheet is formed by a vacuum deposition method, for example, such as a thermal CVD method and a plasma CVD method. In this case, a carbon source in a vapor phase state is supplied, for example, in a chamber, and the carbon source is heated or plasma-treated in the chamber. Thus, the carbon source is dissolved and carbon atoms are coupled with each other to form a hexagonal plane structure, and therefore, the graphene sheet is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
