<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control circuit for an oven-controlled crystal oscillator that implements a satisfactory temperature characteristic by preventing thermal dispersion and improving thermal conduction efficiency in the circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The temperature control circuit for an oven-controlled crystal oscillator has a collector of a PNP power transistor Tr1 and a thermistor TH both connected to a ground level via a metal common pattern 8, and has a PNP current limiting transistor Tr2 for limiting a current flowing through a heater resistance HR connected to an emitter of the power transistor Tr1, so that the power transistor Tr1 is the only heat source to prevent thermal dispersion, and heat of the collector of the power transistor Tr1 is conducted to the thermistor TH (sensor 7) connected in common. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
