<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly combine spatially divided videos from a video transmission device even when a general-purpose video transmission device is used. <P>SOLUTION: Using evaluation coefficients and luminance values of respective boundary portions of a reference video input signal spatially divided into plural areas and a video input signal to be combined, an evaluation value for evaluating the continuity of a boundary between one video input signal thereof and the other video input signal is calculated. On the basis of this evaluation value, a video input signal to be combined which is continuous with a boundary of the reference video input signal is determined, and they are combined and displayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
