<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strength improver for polyurethane foam production, which enables production of a polyurethane foam having good heat resistance (compressive residual strain and dimensional change rate) and high mechanical properties (tensile strength, tearing strength and compressive strength); a polyol composition for polyurethane foam production containing the strength improver; and a method for producing a polyurethane foam using the strength improver or the polyol composition. <P>SOLUTION: The strength improver (A) for polyurethane foam production is a condensate of an active hydrogen-containing compound (E) including a di- or higher valent active hydrogen-containing compound (e) and a polycarboxylic acid (F) including a tri- or higher valent aromatic polycarboxylic acid (f), and has ≥3 structural units derived from the aromatic polycarboxylic acid (f) on a number average in one molecule. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
