<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide effective anti-TNFα antibodies since neutralizing anti-TNFα antibodies that inhibit TNFα activity are useful in treating and/or diagnosing TNFα-mediated diseases. <P>SOLUTION: Modified antibodies of infliximab become TNFα antibodies that bind to TNFα and have murine-derived amino acid residues fewer than infliximab.
