PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible printed wiring board for mounting an LED light-emitting element, capable of reducing moisture acting on a white reflection material layer, maintaining high light reflection efficiency, preventing peeling of a white reflection material layer and suppressing dust adhesion.

SOLUTION: A flexible printed wiring board 100a for mounting an LED light-emitting element is constituted by comprising a white reflection material layer 7 on a surface thereof. The white reflection material layer is formed from a resin composition containing a resin component and an inorganic white pigment. A water absorption rate of the resin composition for 24 hours is 0.5% or lower under a temperature environment of 25°C.
