<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause the slack or tension state of electric bundle wires less likely to occur. <P>SOLUTION: A movable body 20 is supported pivotally on the rotary shaft 11 of a fixed body 10, and movable freely around the shaft center AX of the rotary shaft 11 in the X direction for the fixed body 10. Electric bundle wires 13 have one end 13a connected with the control board 14 of the fixed body 10, and the other end 13b connected with the LED 23 of the movable body 20.
