<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottled fruit juice drink in which brownish discoloration is suppressed and the original flavor of a fruit juice drink is maintained, and to provide a production method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A calcium ascorbate is combined into a fruit juice drink in an amount of 0.05-1 wt.% based on the total amount of the fruit juice drink, and the pH of the fruit juice drink is adjusted to be 3.0 or more and less than 4.6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
