<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a quality control threshold value based on general user satisfaction about services for each segment of factors to which users attach importance. <P>SOLUTION: A quality control threshold calculation device comprises: data input means in which the respective evaluation values of a plurality of effect factors, or the factors affecting user satisfaction which have been previously measured for a plurality of users, and the set values of user satisfaction are input; user classification means which, for each of the plurality of effect factors, calculates for each user the magnitude of an effect exerted by the evaluation value upon the user satisfaction, and classifies each user into segments of effect factors having the greatest effect; and quality control threshold calculation means which, after finding the relationship between the average value of the user satisfaction and the average value of evaluation values about a specific effect factor, calculates for each segment the minimum value of evaluation value of the specific effect factor which satisfies the set value of user satisfaction on the basis of the relationship as a quality control threshold value about the specific effect factor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
