摘要 PURPOSE: A service quality evaluation method and a device thereof are provided to objectively evaluate service quality based on one or more evaluation reference, thereby enabling a consumer to easily obtain supplier information. CONSTITUTION: A current grade of a service provided by a supplier is set up as a reference grade(S200). An increment or a decrement of the reference grade is determined based on the service quality evaluation result of a consumer(S220). When the consumer receives the same service from the same supplier, the increment or the decrement is reduced corresponding to the number of received same services(S230).
