PURPOSE: An integrated sequence call processing system and a method thereof are provided to display a sequence in a FND call number indicator and a LCD call number indicator using one system which is operated by calling software, thereby integrating the sequence call processing. CONSTITUTION: An integrated sequence call processing device(10) issues a client sequence waiting number ticket and performs a management task. The integrated sequence call processing device performs a data processing task. A call manager PC(20) includes call software and delivers a waiting sequence display command through the call software. A sequence waiting number ticket issuer(30) is connected to the integrated sequence call processing device and issues a sequence waiting ticket.
