<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifouling agent having satisfactory antifouling properties, and a resin composition and an antifouling film each containing the antifouling agent. <P>SOLUTION: The antifouling agent includes at least one fatty acid bisamide compound represented by general formula (1).
