<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which realizes area-one segment broadcasting suitable to an environment including interference signals. <P>SOLUTION: When a signal is received from another transmission apparatus, a measurement part in a processing part 14 measures received power. If the measured received power is larger than a threshold, an acceptance part in the processing part 14 accepts input of identification information for identifying a broadcast service. A determination part in the processing part 14 determines to transmit the signal if the received identification information matches identification information included in the received signal.
