PURPOSE: A two stroke cylinder is provided to smoothly lift up and down with relatively small pneumatic pressure by reducing load applied to a cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A two stroke cylinder(100) comprises a first cylinder(110) and a second cylinder(120). The first cylinder moves upward and downward. The second cylinder is installed in the end of a first piston rod of the first cylinder and moves forward and backward. A rod side passage and a head side passage are formed inside the first piston rod. The rod side passage connects a first rod port of the first cylinder and a second rod port of the second cylinder. The head side passage is extended from a second head port of the second cylinder to the lower part of the first piston of the first cylinder. If the first piston ascends, a first check valve for fixing position of the first piston is inserted in a rod cover of the first cylinder and a second check valve for opening and closing the head side passage is inserted into the bottom of the first piston. |
