PURPOSE: A prefabricated partition column is provided to allow anyone to easily and firmly fabricate on a worksite without need to screw in fixation, thereby reducing work time. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated partition column(10) includes a male partition column(20) and a female partition column(30). The male partition column is equipped with an insertion portion(21) and a protrusive portion(22). The insertion portion is formed at the external center portion of the male partition column by inwardly bending the front ends of the male partition column to face each other. The protrusive portion is formed on the opposite side of the insertion portion by outwardly bending the parts of the male partition column to be protrusive. The female partition column is formed to be symmetrical to the male partition column, and is equipped with a protrusive portion(32) which covers the protrusive portion of the male partition column.
