PURPOSE: A torsion testing jig device for a smart card is provided to obtain a reliable flexibility testing result of a smart card because frequencies being applied to a fatigue test have a constant cycle and a rapid speed. CONSTITUTION: A torsion testing jig device for a smart card comprises a first fixing plate(23), a second fixing plate(24), a rotary jig(20a), a fixing jig(20b), a tilting link(25), and a lifting rod(26). The first and second fixing plates are installed in upper both sides of a base plate(10). The rotary jig forms a groove(22a) where a smart card can be fitted. The groove is installed in the first fixing plate to be rotated. The fixing jig forms a groove(22b) where the smart card can be fitted. The fixing jig installs the groove to be faced to the groove formed in the rotary jig. The tilting link rotates the rotary jig. One end part of the lifting rod is joined to the tilting link to be rotated. The other end part of the lifting rod is connected to a lifting bar of a smart tester. |
