<p>[PROBLEMS] To correct deformation of a wire rod, such as warping in the longitudinal direction and bending in the width direction, by using small equipment, without increasing the bearing force of the wire rod. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A wire rod correcting apparatus is provided with a wire rod drawing means for drawing a wire rod taken up as a coil; a plurality of correcting rolls, which are arranged along the drawing direction of the wire rod and are alternately arranged in the thickness direction of the wire rod; and a groove, which has a width substantially the same as the width of the wire rod arranged on the correcting rolls, bends the drawn wire rod in the thickness direction and regulates deformation in the width direction.</p> |
