<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank arrangement structure capable of reducing the load input from a spare tire to a fuel tank. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the vehicle having a frame structure that the spare tire 6 is hung down to a cross member 7 for hanging down the spare tire, the fuel tank 9 is arranged at a gap of upper parts and a floor 8 so as to be straddled on a differential case 5 and the spare tire 6, and a front end 6a of the spare tire 6 is arranged so as to be close to the differential case 5 and is arranged at height that it is overlapped in a vehicle height direction relative to the differential case 5.
