摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A controlling method for an underground heat exchange system is provided to stably supply operation fluid regardless of the drastic changes of load sources, to minimize the unnecessary operations of underground heat exchangers, and to control the operation states of the underground heat exchangers in proportion to the generation amounts of loads. CONSTITUTION: A controlling method for an underground heat exchange system includes: a step of dividing the load amounts of load sources, which are placed to be distributed, by a time slot, and setting underground heat exchangers on the basis of a maximum load amount of the divided time slots; a step of operating underground heat exchangers in order to preferentially store a prescribed temperature of operation fluid in a storage tank; a step of supplying the stored operation fluid to the load sources according to the load amounts of the load sources, and differently controlling the operation states of the underground heat exchangers after a prescribed time passes; a step of continuously supplying the pumped operation fluid from the underground heat exchangers to the storage tank; and a step of supplying the stored operation fluid to be distributed to the load sources. In the step of differently controlling the operation states of the underground heat exchangers, an underground heat exchanger, in which the lowest temperature of the operation fluid is detected, is preferentially selected and operated if heat pumps in the load sources operate in a cooling mode, and the rest underground heat exchangers are controlled according to the temperature order of the operation fluid.
