FIELD: biotechnologies.SUBSTANCE: immortalised embryonal cell of birds or cells that originate from it, contains a nucleic-acid sequence E1A, for replication of a virus or for production of a target substance or virus. The immortalised embryonal cell is produced by the method including the stage of transfection of this cell with a non-virus vector, containing the specified nucleic-acid sequence E1A and the nucleic-acid sequence, which codes the recombinant reverse transcriptase of telomerase.
