PURPOSE: A heterogeneous network based data simultaneous transmission service method and apparatus thereof are provided to transmit divided data according to a predetermined data transmission rate. CONSTITUTION: A distribution rate setting unit(110) sets data transmission rates in a network. A control unit(120) selects part data divided from transmission target data based on a data transmission rates in the set network. The control unit provides the selected part data according to a transmission delay value in the network. A communication unit(130) transmits the provided part data through heterogeneous networks. The distribution rate setting unit confirms data transmission rates in the network. The distribution setting unit sets the data transmission rate in the network corresponding to the confirmed data transmission rate.
