PURPOSE: A support, a drain apparatus for a laying gap of pier slabs, and a construction method using the same are provided to sufficiently securing an insertion space for a gutter, and completely prevent the leakage of rainwater or soil. CONSTITUTION: A drain apparatus for a laying gap(d) of pier slabs(100) includes supports(10) which are opposite to each other, and a gutter(60) supported between the supports. The support includes a support frame(20) buried in the end plane(100a) of the slab, a groove(21) formed back and forth along the longitudinal direction of the support frame, and a cover plate(30) installed at the support frame in order to partially cover the opening(23) of the groove.
