A FOOD MOLDING DEVICE (100) INCLUDING: AN UPPER MOLD (10); A HEATING PAD MATERIAL (20) FIXEDLY JOINED TO A BOTTOM PORTION OF THE UPPER MOLD (10); A LOWER MOLD (30), A BOTTOM PORTION OF WHICH IS PROVIDED WITH GROOVES (32), AND WALLS OF THE GROOVES (32) ARE DEFINED WITH AIR HOLES (34); THE UPPER MOLD (10), THE HEATING PAD MATERIAL (20) AND THE LOWER MOLD (30) ARE MUTUALLY JOINED TOGETHER TO FORM AN INTEGRAL BODY; THE HEATING PAD MATERIAL (20) PROVIDES A PREDETERMINED HEATING TEMPERATURE TO THE LOWER MOLD (30). THEREBY HEATING THE WALLS OF THE GROOVES (32) TO A SET TEMPERATURE, WHICH PREVENTS RESIDUAL DOUGH MATERIAL FROM STICKING WITHIN SHAPING GROOVES OF THE LOWER MOLD (30), AND FURTHER IMPROVES COMPLETENESS OF SURFACE DECORATIVE DESIGNED SHAPES ON THE SURFACE OF MOLDED FOOD PRODUCTS. |
