PURPOSE: An attaching device is provided to prevent a crosstalk phenomenon by precisely attaching a liquid crystal panel to an optical filter. CONSTITUTION: A first supporting part(11) holds a first part(100). At least one hole is formed in a cradle of the first supporting portion. A fixing unit of the first supporting part fixes the first part on the cradle through a suction process. A second supporting part(12) fixes a second part(200). A transport part changes the position of the first and the second supporting part to stack the first and the second part.
