PURPOSE: A vehicle power generation control system for full-charging and a controlling method thereof are provided to improve gas mileage by using driving information of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A generator(20) generates power by using the rotation power of an engine. A battery(10) is charged with power from the generator. A nonvolatile storage medium(32) uses information collected from the engine, the generator, and the battery. The nonvolatile storage medium accumulates data to analyze the collected information. It is determined whether to satisfy an entry condition of a full-charging control using analysis data stored in the storage medium.
