<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillating internally meshing planetary gear device which does not require a large occupied space even while a drive source is connected therewith, and in particular, whose axial length can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The oscillating internally meshing planetary gear device 100 decelerates the rotation of an input shaft 104 by an effect that internal-tooth oscillating bodies 116A, 116B oscillatingly rotate with respect to an external-tooth gear 118, and takes out a deceleration output from the external-tooth gear 118 as an output shaft. The device includes an intermediate shaft 108 arranged in parallel with the output shaft, and an orthogonal gear set 106 orthogonally connecting the intermediate shaft 108 and the input shaft 104.
