<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint sealer with which a joint part can be constructed easily and a look of the joint part can be improved while ensuring a waterproofing property of a joint between an exterior material and a window sash. <P>SOLUTION: A joint sealer 16 integrally comprises a first mounting part 21 which is disposed at an indoor side of an exterior material 12, a second mounting part 22 which is disposed between an opening end face 12a of the exterior material 12 and a window sash 14, a first seal lip 23 in contact with a rear surface of the exterior material 12, a second seal lip 24 in contact with the opening end face 12a of the exterior material 12, and a cover lip 25 which covers the opening end face 12a of the exterior material 12. In the second mounting part 22, there are continuously formed a fixture portion 28 which is fixed to the window sash 14, a bottom raising portion 29 which is disposed closer to the exterior material 12 than the fixture portion 28 and at an outdoor side, and a step portion 30 which connects the fixture portion 28 and the bottom raising portion 29. A distal end of the bottom raising portion 29 extends to the outdoor side further than a front surface of the exterior material 12, and the cover lip 25 is provided in the distal end of the bottom raising portion 29. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
