<p>The present invention provides a device of gas array detectors for high energy X or η-rays radiography. This device comprises a plurality of gas-pressurized array ion-chamber units mounted on a frame. Each of the gas-pressurized array ion-chamber units is constituted by pressure proof case (1, 5), window (2), strap electrodes system (3), electrodes system support (4) and high pressure gas filled therein. The output signals of the detectors depend on the ionizing effect caused by the secondary electrons produced by the interactions of the X, η-rays and the high pressure gas.</p> |
