PURPOSE: An auxiliary tool for manufacturing a fishing bait is provided to prevent the waste of the fishing bait and to improve the interest of fishing. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary tool for manufacturing a fishing bait comprises an elastic member(30) which is formed on one side of the tool to support an upper handle(10) and a lower handle(20); and cut-out parts(12,22) which are protruded from both sides in the upper and lower handles and have cut-out pieces.
