摘要 <p>The invention provides a method for producing a vector set, an iPS cell inducer containing the vector set, and a method for producing iPS cells comprising bringing the vector set into contact with somatic cells, characterized in that the vector set is a set of a first episomal vector comprising two expression cassettes selected from the group consisting of (a) an expression cassette containing the nucleic acid that encodes Oct3/4, (b) an expression cassette wherein the nucleic acid that encodes Sox2 and the nucleic acid that encodes Klf4 are linked in succession from 5' to 3'via an intron that makes possible dicistronic expression, (c) an expression cassette wherein the nucleic acid that encodes L-Myc and the nucleic acid that encodes Lin28 are linked in succession from 5' to 3'via an intron that makes possible dicistronic expression, and (d) an expression cassette that comprises the nucleic acid that encodes Glis1, and a second episomal vector comprising the remaining two expression cassettes, wherein the first episomal vector joins with the functional replication origin in mammalian cells such that any of expression cassettes (b) through (d) and expression cassette (a) are disposed in succession from 5' to 3', with the 3' side of the gene that encodes the protein for controlling replication in mammalian cells of the vector serving as the origin.</p>
