<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate with built-in ceramic coil and an electronic device, capable of improving superposition characteristics of the built-in coil of the substrate with a built-in coil and significantly suppressing influence of magnetic field line generated from a coil conductor on a semiconductor chip and a chip component mounted on an upper surface and a lower surface. <P>SOLUTION: The substrate with built-in coil is constituted by sandwiching ferrite layers 2 and 3, in which coils conductors 4 are embedded, between a pair of isolation layers 1 each formed by a nonmagnetic ferrite layer. A non-magnetic layer composed of non-magnetic ferrite is formed between the coil conductors 4 of a coil.
