PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer sheet is provided to manufacture an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer sheet with improved appearance, yellowing stability and weatherability by adding a polymerizable photo stabilizer instead of existing photo stabilizers. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer sheet comprises a step of molding a sheet by mixing a polymerizable photostabilizer, a UV absorber, an organic peroxide as a crosslinking agent, a crosslinking aid and a silane coupling agent into an ethylenevinylacetate resin. The used amount of the polymerizable photostabilizer is 0.01-0.5 parts by weight based on 100.0 parts by weight of the copolymer resin. The content of the vinylacetate in the ethylenevinylacetate resin is 25-32 weight% and the melt index(190°C, 2.16kg) is 6-30 g/10minutes. |
