<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolytic solution improving the cycle characteristics and inhibiting degradation in high-temperature storage characteristics, and a nonaqueous electrolyte battery comprising the nonaqueous electrolytic solution. <P>SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolytic solution contains: (A) a phosphazene represented by the formula (1), where X<SP POS="POST">1</SP>to X<SP POS="POST">6</SP>independently represent at least one member selected from the group consisting of halogen atoms, alkyl groups, aryl groups, alkoxy groups and aryloxy groups, and may be identical with or different from one another; and (B) a compound having at least one isocyanate group in a molecule.
