The valve has a valve seat portion (12) with valve opening (14) which is formed by surrounding the valve seat (15). A stroke movement driven valve portion (16) is interacted with the valve seat and provided in a valve chamber (13). A gap (22) is formed outside of a sealing portion, at position between the valve portion and the valve seat portion. The geometry of the valve portion and the valve seat are adapted to each other so that the gap volume is minimized. The valve seat is made of steel, ceramic or plastic.
