PURPOSE: A statement management system is provided to inquire statements which are not transmitted or are incomplete in a terminal of a financial institution. CONSTITUTION: A barcode of a statement, in which barcode readers(10a,10b) of stores and a concentration center are printed, is scanned. An image processing means(20) in the concentration center forms computation data of the statement. A host server(30) in the concentration center compares scanned barcode data. The host server lists the computation data. The host server transmits information for the statement to a store computer(40). The store computer requests search data to the host server. The store computer receives the requested search data from the host server.
