PURPOSE: A method and system for controlling a wind power facility are provided to optimally control the operation of each energy storage device by generating a control signal for operating a plurality of energy storage devices with different operation properties. CONSTITUTION: A first energy storage unit(20) is electrically connected to a wind power generating facility. A second energy storage unit(30) is connected in parallel to the first energy storage unit. A control signal generating unit(40) generates a control signal for charging and discharging the first energy storage unit and the second energy storage unit. A first operation control unit(50) controls the charging and discharging operations of the first energy storage unit. A second operation control unit(60) controls the charging and discharging operations of the second energy storage unit.
