PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to minimize the duty cycle distortion of a clock by precisely controlling the termination resistance of a data pad and a command pad. CONSTITUTION: An impedance control signal generating unit(310) generates an impedance control signal for controlling impedance. A first processing unit(380) generates a first processing signal by changing the impedance control signal in response to a first set value. A first clock termination unit(360) is connected to a first clock path. The impedance of the first clock termination unit is determined by the impedance control signal. A second clock termination unit(370) is connected to a second clock path. The impedance of the second clock termination unit is determined by the first processing signal.
