PURPOSE: A material transferring grip and an extracting apparatus are provided to prevent work from being stopped, and droppings from being treated according to the drop of a material, thereby minimizing the danger of exposure for a worker in treating the droppings. CONSTITUTION: A material transferring grip comprises a first grip part and a second grip part. The first grip part is placed at one side of a material. The second grip is placed at the other side of the material. At least one of the first grip part and the second grip part is swung on one point by an actuating part in order to pressurize and grip the material. The first grip part and the second grip part include fixing pins(146,156). The fixing pins are in contact with the end portion of the material to be gripped. A projected part for securing the contact with the material is installed in the fixing pin. The first grip part is placed on the upper side of the material, and the second grip part is placed on the lower side of the material. The first grip part is connected to the actuating part, and is swung. The first grip part includes a rod and a first grip part body. The fixing pin is formed at the front end of the rod. A through hole into which the rod is inserted is formed at the first grip part body.
