POLARIZATION FILM USING CHOLESTERIC LIQUID CRYSTAL AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A polarization film using cholesteric liquid crystal and a liquid crystal display device are provided to manufacture a film with lambda/4 phase difference in order to user the film to manufacture the liquid crystal display device according to the present invention. CONSTITUTION: A polarization film using cholesteric liquid crystal according to the present invention is manufactured by accumulating the cholesteric liquid crystal film(5) and a phase difference film(6) with lambda/4 phase difference. The cholesteric liquid crystal film(5) selectively reflects component in the band of visual light. The cholesteric liquid crystal film(5) further is accumulated as one or more than 2 cholesteric liquid crystal film(5) on the polarization film.
