<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing foreign materials is provided to a raw laver and foreign materials by controlling the apparatus minutely upon the particle size of the foreign materials. CONSTITUTION: A feed port(10) comprises a cutting tool(15) which supplies a raw laver by a shifter pipe(11) of a supply pump(14) and cuts the raw laver by the rotary power of a motor(12). A water container(20) comprises a separating tool for removing foreign materials and a rotary tool for separating raw laver and foreign materials by the high-speed rotation of a rotary motor(41). A discharging tool(50) comprises a discharging part(51) which interposes an exhaust pump(52) in order to discharge filtered raw laver and a foreign material discharging part(54) which discharges filtered foreign materials. A control unit(60) comprises a level sensor(61) which detects and controls the water level, and controls the operation in an electric manner. A cover plate is fastened to a fixture which has a key inside while the inner diameter of a container(22) is tapered. A control plate is interposed between the cover plate and the fixture, and rotates. The end portion of a discharging plate is tapered in gear with the inner diameter of the container, and discharges raw laver. A separation tool comprises a ball flanger which engages with a stop groove so that a minute turn and fixing along the scale plate are possible.</p> |
