A method for information transmission based on manipulations of Hurst index of fractal (color) Gaussian noise comprises the transmission of serial messages with different Hurst indexes which are correspondent to "0" and "1" bits. While forming series messages a fractal noise mathematical model set by Mandelbrot core is used. For of the said sequence attractor a linear transformation of Gaussian noisehaving zero and a is used.
