A method for assessment of cardiorespiratory adaptation in newborn children using indicators of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Additionally daily ECG monitoring and reopnevmogramy is carried out and each of the diagnostic criteria is assessed by 4-point scale, with a score 15 the state of satisfactory adaptation is determined, which does not require the correction, from 16 to 23 points - the state of stress adaptation mechanism and 24 points - the state of poor adaptation that suggest the dynamic observation of a child, 25-36 points - significant reduction in the functional capacity of the organism, and 37 points - sharp decline in the functional capacity of the organism, which requires the mandatory correction, and these children are at risk by onset of dysrhythmia, threatening the child's life and they should be under outpatient observation. |
