PURPOSE: A method for managing body information and a device thereof are provided to relate the body information of a user to an intrinsic number of a body information measuring device and identification information of the user, thereby transmitting the related information to a server. CONSTITUTION: An intrinsic number storing unit of a body information measuring device(110) stores an intrinsic number of the body information measuring device. A body information measuring unit of the body information measuring device measures body information of a user. A body information transmitting unit of the body information measuring device relates the body information to the intrinsic number and identification information of the user. A body information managing unit of a server(120) relates the body information received from the body information measuring device to the intrinsic number and the identification information.
