PURPOSE: A core for casting with hollow is provided to prevent the generation of defect, residual stress after solidification of a casting. CONSTITUTION: A core for casting with hollow consists of molding sand. In the center of the core, pipes(21,22,23) for sucking air to outside are installed. The pipes for sucking air out are formed to have external diameters different from each other along the height direction of the core. The external diameter of the pipe becomes narrow from a lower part toward an upper part. |
