摘要

PURPOSE: A high frequency power divider using a monolithic integrated circuit is provided to maintain properties for insertion loss and reflection loss and to control an isolation degree property by packaging the varactor diode by connecting the same to the monolithic integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION: One end of a isolation resistance(R31) is connected to a first output terminal. The other end of the isolation resistance is connected to a second output terminal. A tuning element(30) is connected between the first output terminal and the second output terminal. The tuning element controls an isolation degree between the output terminals. The tuning element comprises a varactor diode.
