<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated granular fertilizer of short-term release type which can exhibit a release pattern of short-term release type without inhibiting the controlled release at the early stage. <P>SOLUTION: The coated granular fertilizer of short-term release type includes a coating film formed on the surface of a water-soluble granular fertilizer, and is characterized in that, in 80 mass% or more per unit mass of the fertilizer grains to be coated, the coating film is formed on the irregular surface having an irregularity coefficient (V1/V2) ranging from 0.05 to 0.6, wherein (V1) stands for the volume of a fertilizer grain, and when the maximum distance between two arbitrary points on the surface of the fertilizer grain is referred to as (R), (V2) stands for the volume of a sphere having a radius (R). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
