<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder-containing water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic that gives a good feeling, excellent dispersion stability, high covering strength and a natural finish without chunkiness. <P>SOLUTION: The powder-containing water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic is characterized by including (A) a surfactant of a fatty acid ester type of a polyhydric alcohol that is liquid at 25°C and has an HLB value of 6 or less, (B) a volatile oil solution, and (C) a titanium dioxide pigment that is spherical anatase type titanium dioxide having an average particle diameter of 0.1-5 μm and has a pore diameter peak of 5-50 nm in a pore diameter distribution measured by a nitrogen adsorption method and a pore volume in the range of 0.05-0.3 cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>/g. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
