PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user who uses reputation information with an evaluation value for accurately evaluating an evaluation object.SOLUTION: The reputation information management device includes: a reputation notification information storage part for storing in advance reputation notification information including evaluated user identification information showing an evaluated user, the occurrence date of the reputation notification information, manager identification information of a notification source, and occurrence situation information of each reputation information type; an importance policy storage part for storing in advance an importance policy including the manager identification information and the importance of each reputation information type corresponding to the manager identification information; and a first evaluation value calculation part for generating first evaluation value information, based on the reputation notification information corresponding to the evaluated user identification information included in an evaluation value request including the evaluated user identification information and the manager identification information of the request source, and the importance policy corresponding to the manager identification information included in the reputation notification information and the importance policy corresponding to the manager identification information included in the evaluation value request. |
