PURPOSE: A system and a method for recording and playing data are provided to safely manage the data for airport control. CONSTITUTION: A radar video distribution system(100) receives low video data sensed from an airport ground surveillance radar(50). The radar video distribution system converts the low video data and masks it to produce conversion video data. A plot extracting and tracking system(200) receives the conversion video data to extract the effective data related to an aircraft. The plot extracting/tracking system resisters the effective data as a plot/track. A data fusion system(300) matches track data and flight plan data to produce united data. A control working position system(600) displays the current state information and control performance for the airport.
