<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion preventing protective cover which uses a relatively thin corrosion-resistant metal thin plate, can be closely contacted with and fixed to a U-shaped steel sheet pile over the whole area thereof, and is low in cost and excellent in workability. <P>SOLUTION: A corrosion preventing protective cover, which has a projected or recessed shape and is used for corrosion prevention of a U-shaped steel sheet pile being at least a part of an existing structure, is provided with a corrosion-resistant metal plate having a projection part or a recession part along the steel sheet pile, on the outermost surface.
